Surgery Scheduler (RN or LPN)

We are seeking a licensed Nurse to educate patients regarding the peri-operative process and schedule surgical appointments. This position will also coordinate pre-admission testing, medical clearance and any special supplies/equipment needed. Accuracy with details and providing outstanding customer service to patients are essential. Knowledge of O.R. procedures and instrumentation desired; background in the E.R. or surgery beneficial. Current Indiana licensure as a RN or LPN required. Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant (OrthoStat)

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide clinical care and outstanding customer service to office patients as part of our urgent care walk-in clinic (Orthostat) team. Full-time, typically 3 weekdays per week (clinic hours are 7a to 7p) plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 8th week). No call required. Position will assist in covering all Orthostat locations and will cross-train to provide backup for daytime trauma coverage in the hospital.

Must be currently licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana and possess strong communication skills. Previous orthopedic experience beneficial.

Triage Nurse (RN or LPN, Part-time)

Our Spine Team (Dr. Rahn & Dr. Shugart) is seeking a versatile individual to respond to patient inquiries regarding their medical care and obtain prior authorizations for testing & procedures. This position will also assist the Providers in the clinical office setting. Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Prior orthopedic experience beneficial. Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week.

Triage Nurse/Surgery Scheduler (RN or LPN)

Our practice has an opportunity for a nursing professional to assist with a variety of patient care activities. Duties include providing phone support for patient inquiries, patient education regarding pre-op/post-op instructions, coordinating surgical appointments for Physicians and occasional hands-patient care in the clinic. Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Full-time, Mon-Fri. 8a-5p, with a generous benefit package.


We are seeking a friendly individual to join our front desk team in welcoming patients and delivering outstanding customer service to all visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle a busy environment. This position is based at our main office on W. Jefferson Blvd., but will assist in covering other clinics if needed. Prior experience with medical office registration and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Full-time and part-time available, Mon-Fri daytime hours, plus a rotating Saturday at the main office (currently every 8th week)

DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA RMA, ATC)

We have an opportunity available for an individual with strong customer service talents to measure and fit patients for durable medical equipment (DME) and assist with patient care. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory and performing clinical support duties. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be a Certified as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.

EHR Template Developer

We are seeking a part-time developer to assist with the design, development and support of NextGen based electronic health record (EHR) templates and related SQL code. Duties include the definition and development of EHR templates, documents and SQL programming solutions. Bachelor’s degree or certificate in computer science/related field required. Two years I/T experience in a healthcare setting desired. Prior background with EHR systems programming beneficial. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving talents. Will be provided with training to become certified in NextGen EHR within the first 12 months. Mon-Fri 9am-2pm

Clinical Assistant

We are searching for versatile individuals to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Two schedules are available; Full-time, Monday-Friday or Full-time three days per week 7a-7:30p with a rotating Saturday at our main office (currently every 6th week)
