X-Ray Technologist

Our X-Ray team has an opportunity for a Technologist to perform general diagnostic x-rays for clinic patients. Previous experience in a hospital or practice setting desired. Must be a Registered or Registry-eligible Radiologic Technologist (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Registration must be obtained within first six months of employment. Position will be based at our new Gas City clinic, but may occasionally assist at other clinic locations. Part-time, 7a-7p/clinic close two weekdays per week plus a rotating Saturday (currently every 13th week).

Health Information Specialist

We are seeking a detailed individual to perform processes specific to patient records. Duties include scanning & indexing incoming documents, processing release of information (ROI) requests, obtaining patient intake information, transferring completed dictations into the electronic health record, editing transcribed documents for accuracy and typing internal dictations. Experience with medical records, ROI and medical terminology preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Pre-Certification Specialist

This position plays a key role in supporting patient care by obtaining prior authorizations and verifying benefits from insurance payers for services and procedures. Prior clinical or medical facility/office experience desired. Knowledge of insurance claims processes, coding and medical terminology beneficial. Full-time, 8am-5pm, M-F.

Health Information Manager

This is an opportunity to lead our Health Information team in coordinating all medical records, scanning, indexing, release of information, intake data collection and transcription activities for the practice and supervise staff in these areas. Position will also deliver EHR training to staff and assist with collecting, tracking and reporting MIPS data. Prior leadership experience in a medical office or hospital setting along with a Bachelors degree in a related discipline desired. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and understanding of medical record processes are essential. Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) credential from AHIMA beneficial.

Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Prior experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Part-time position: Based in Fort Wayne; Saturdays 6:45a to 7p/clinic close

Triage Nurse (Dr. Rahn & Dr. Shugart, (Full-time or Part-time)

Our Spine Team is seeking a versatile individual to respond to patient inquiries regarding their medical care and obtain prior authorizations for testing & procedures. This position will also assist the Providers in the clinical office setting. Must be currently licensed as a RN or LPN in the State of Indiana and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Prior orthopedic experience beneficial. Full-time or Part-time.

Patient Care Assistant

Patient Care Assistants aid our care team in providing general support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Medical office experience beneficial. Positive energy, quick and accurate keyboarding skills plus strong verbal communication talents will lead to success in this role. Position is based Fort Wayne, but may help at other locations as needed. Full-time, Monday-Friday, clinic hours (typically 8a-5p)

Clinical Assistant
(CMA, CCMA, RMA, ATC or RT)

We are searching for versatile individuals to join our patient care team in providing support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer preferred. Two schedules are available; Full-time, Monday-Friday OR Full-time three days per week 7a-7p/clinic close with a rotating Saturday at our main or Dupont office (currently every 8th week)

DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA RMA, ATC)

We have an opportunity available for an individual with strong customer service talents to measure and fit patients for durable medical equipment (DME) and assist with patient care. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory and performing clinical support duties. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be a Certified as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.
